Republican Debate

This time I got to have my fun with my roommates after they commented on all the Democrats beating up on Hilary. I enjoyed the debate very much. I commented on how they were picking each other apart much worse then the Democrats were. I had a lot of fun with them all. MUHAHAHA!!!! so i thought the debate was interesting. Guliana and Romney were tearing each other apart the whole time. This debate inspired me and my roommates to make a video and hopefully try and get it broadcasted.

In this blog from the supreme court, being discusses is the Al-Marrie v. Wright case. The President wants the power to set up military tribunals because there would not be a jury and he could condemn who he wanted to. The Bush Administration is using "President shall be commander and Chief of the Army and Navy" clause to justify him making military tribunals. Congress is supposed to set up military tribunals because "Congress shall have the power...to define and punish...offense against the law of nations." clause to justify why they should set up the military tribunals.

I chose this blog because it is straight from the supreme court correspondents and it is the head of the Judaical branch. This blog is from the people within the supreme court and the people that write this blog are lawyers and law professors. There are a lot of other blogs on this site as well. It is a very good site if someone has to do research on the supreme court.

The Politics Test

I am a social conservative, and economic liberal and a totalitartian. "You exhibit a very well-developed sense of Right and Wrong and believe in economic fairness."

So thats funny because I did not think i was a totalitarian. I knew i was a liberal but i didnt know i was an economic liberal or a social conservative. Thats funny to me because I am right where the Pope is at. I am a Democrat and my views based on that is on the Republican side. It was an interesting survey. My law was that there should be no speed limit on the freeway. That would be very cool and well liked i believe.

Amendment V

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger;"

It is required for a person to have a Grand Jury if they are indited for a capital or infamous crime except for in military tribunals when in times of war or national security. President Bush is playing on this saying that this is a time of war and it is also a matter of national security. Also at a certain amount of money a jury can be involved with the case.

Family Jewels

Well it is like the people are the pawns and are unaware of what is going on and that only the "hub" or the leader knows what is happening and no one else. In the numerous activities they were involved in it seems like the CIA did a lot of spying on its own people and less on the people that they should be watching. They also tested many experiments on the citizens of this country. It seems like the CIA has gone away from what it is ment to be. They need to watch other countries more then this one.
